How do I book a massage?
The best way to book a massage is through the online portal. You'll need to create an account via the Book Online button. From there you'll be able to book your appointment and if needed cancel it as well.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I do. The appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know at least 24 hours prior to avoid a 50% fee. Any appointment that is a NO SHOW will be charged 100%. You can view the policy more HERE.
When booking the massage, does the system charge my card on file before my session?
No. The system requires a card on file to reserve the appointment but does not charge the card at the time of booking.
Where are you located?
I am on the second floor in Suite 203 of building 1264 in the Concord Summit complex. It is the last brick building facing Concord Road in the complex.
I tried to call but no one picks up. How can I reach you?
This happens because I am most likely in session. It is best that you either text me or leave a voice message and I will respond as soon as I can.
Do you sell giftcards?
Yes I do. I sell eGiftcards via Square and also physical giftcards. To purchase a physical giftcard, please reach out to make arrangements.
How do I redeem my eGiftcard?
You should have received an email with a barcode and a 16 digit code located at the bottom of the email. The 16 digit code is required to redeem the egiftcard.
If you have not received the email with the giftcard, please reach out so I can look into it.
